Alternative healthcare provider, The Healing Gardens LLC, inaugurates its headquarters

Costa Mesa, CA, Tuesday, March 28, 2006, 8:00am—The Healing Gardens, LLC (“Center”) focuses on providing alternative healthcare using the ancient practice of Ayurveda. The Center is also known as, The Healing Gardens of Ayurveda. “Ayurveda is a natural and holistic healing system from India, dating back to 5000 BC.,” explained Mr.Nilesh Shah, the Center’s CEO. “We utilize the basic principles of five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) to balance mind/body/spirit and the 5 senses. According to Ayurveda each individual is unique and has a natural healing intelligence capable of constant rejuvenation, however the body/mind imbalances, environmental toxins, free radicals etc. weakens the immune system that result in diseases,” explained Mr. Ram Tamang, the Center’s Director of Ayurvedic Therapies.

Ms. Sujata Shah, the Center’s Co-founder and V.P. continues, “According to Ayurveda practice, every effect has a root-cause of an imbalance which later manifests into a disease. Ayurveda attempts to deal with the root cause of the imbalance using several therapies. By using specific herbal supplements, special diet, detoxification therapies, specific yoga exercises and therapies, we attack the imbalances in multiple ways that help the clients.”

The Center is now open to the general public and can be contacted as indicated below.

About The Center: At the Healing Gardens, our Practitioners hail from the Traditional healing background, who are graduates in Ayurvedic Medicine, and the practice group is headed by Ayurvedic Physician (licensed in India and Nepal).

The Center offers Panchakarma Process, an Ayurvedic Detoxification and Rejuvenation program.  The therapies include fresh organic Ayurvedic herbal supplements whose properties are related systematically according to taste, elements, heating or cooling effects, and effects after digestion and other potencies that they may posses. Other Ayurvedic therapies include, Consultation, lifestyle counseling, Ayurvedic diet, personalized yoga postures, breathing exercises, Shirodhara therapy, Abhyanga - Therapeutic Massages etc.

Who Needs Panchakarma?

Everyone needs Panchakarma, as this process eliminates the built-in toxins, blemishes, free-radicals or AMA etc. which are the toxic by-products of indigestion in the body system that gets lodged in the body tissues or Dhatus that eventually become the cause and breeding ground for all diseases. Panchakarma therapy also maintains health, longevity and improves energy, vitality and awareness by balancing the life-force within the body. On a mental level, Panchakarma releases stored emotions and relieves stress.
